What if my claim is unsuccessful?
You owe us nothing. We only recover our costs if we need to terminate the CFA due to a lack of cooperation or misleading information
Our Fair Approach
Our Fair Approach: At RG Jones, we assess each case individually. Low-risk cases mean a lower success fee percentage. We’re transparent about the risks and fees upfront.
Changes in Law
Since April 2013, success fees are capped at 25% of your compensation and are paid by you, not the opposing party.
